What is Degree Works?
- System for auditing progression throughout a student鈥檚 program
- Used by students, faculty, and advising staff
- Can perform traditional audits, what-if analyses, calculate future GPA, look ahead at courses
How do I access Degree Works?
- Faculty and Staff: Login using your active directory username and password. Your username is your email without the 鈥楡nnmc.edu鈥�.
What if I can鈥檛 login to Degree Works?
- If you receive a 鈥淟ogin Failed鈥� error in red, you are using the incorrect username or password.
- If you receive a 鈥淓rror 500 鈥� Internal Server Error鈥� or an 鈥淎uthentication Error鈥�, you need to clear your browsing data.

- For Chrome, go to browser settings -> advanced -> clear browsing data -> select 鈥榗ookies and other site data鈥� ad cached images and files鈥� -> change the time range to all time -> click on clear data. You will then need to close all Chrome tabs and reopen Chrome to try logging in again.
- For Safari, click History -> Clear History -> Clear History. You will then need to close all Safari tabs and reopen Safari to try logging in again.
- For Firefox, click view history -> History -> Clear Recent History -> change 鈥淭ime range to clear鈥� to everything -> make sure all history items are selected -> clear now. You will then need to close all Firefox tabs and reopen Firefox to try logging in again.
- For Internet Explorer, go to browser settings -> safety -> delete browsing history -> make sure everything is selected except for passwords, tracking protection, and preserve favorites -> delete. You will then need to close all Internet Explorer tabs and reopen Internet Explorer to try logging in again.
- Lastly, restart your device and try logging in again.
